Homeless hub to be built in Sydney’s west

IN what may be an Australian first, an eight -storey “one-stop shop” for homeless services will be built on Henry St, which could house more than 200 people now living on the streets of Penrith.

The $17 million development will include 80 one, two and three-bedroom residential apartments, which have all already been pre-sold to investors, and two levels of basement parking.
