Paul Davies Chairman Paul is Founder of Jarickson Insurance advisers based in Sydney’s North West. Married with 3 young children, Paul puts a strong emphasis on family and helping to make a difference in the community through the local Church and through his involvement with CMP.	Steve Lower Steve is a chartered accountant and has been senior partner at Lower Russell and Farr for 35 years. Steve has lived in the Penrith community since 1980, with an active interest in cycling, surfing and bush walking. Steve aims to provide help to local people and to help them know the heart of God.	Daryl James Daryl is an Itinerant Pastor and former business operator, with a love for Jesus. Ordained in the Crosslink Network, Daryl desires to see through the practical application of the Gospel message, people healed emotionally, spiritually and physically, and in their freedom to reach their full potential in God, and in doing so to give glory to Him. Monika James Monika James Monika is the other half of a dynamic ministry that is Daryl James Ministries. Through their ministry Daryl and Monika travel throughout Australia and the world to empower and bring freedom to people through the power of Christ. Monika has been married to Daryl for 46 years she is the proud mother of two daughters, and grandmother to five amazing Grandchildren.	Ray Anderson Treasurer Ray’s background for the last 28 years has been financial accounting. He has been an Operations Manager for a Mobile Phone Company and Chief Financial Officer for a Construction Company. He has gained extensive accounting experience through accounting and management roles. Since the start of GST in 2000 Ray and his wife have run a bookkeeping practice. Ray has used his expertise to help a variety of clients with all aspects of their accounts and accounting systems liaising	Ann Brombal-Secretary Ann is the founder of Financial Processing Solutions, a company designed to assist ministries through accounting/bookkeeping and back end support. Ann is a member of the Institute Of Public Accountants and a BAS agent. Married to Denis they have five children and are passionate supporters of CMP and the wider Christian Community.
CEO Martin Beckett Martin Beckett is our CEO who has a passion to end homelessness. Martin was featured on Chanel Nines “A Current Affair” and ABC’s “Four Corners” programs. Married to Georgie, they have two children, with one married. Marty in Senior Pastor at “The Rock Christian Community”, and spent his career in the motor industry, prior to resigning to pursue full time ministry. With no clear direction, no support and no place to go but to the “Father”. He was led to head up the CMP operations, pioneering
